Module Implementation:

You are ready to implement an “add on module”, perhaps Succession, Compensation, Learning,  Recruiting – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, HUB, and/or Document Management. AES will provide the guidance to successfully accomplish your implementation.

These HCM additional modules are very different than the core HCM components of Payroll, Benefits, or WFM (Workforce Management). Typically owned by a different part of your HR team, they are often Phase II implementations. For each of these Internal  modules, the configuration and data are dependent on and interact with your core HCM system. We guide your team through the implementation, provide guidance and training, testing, and configure the parameters with you as we work with you to achieve your goals and meet your requirements.

New Feature Implementation:

Time to enable a new integration? Business Intelligence? Single Sign On? Or a new custom form or workflow? Perhaps you’d like to understand what is available to solve a specific business need or requirement. In all cases we will listen to your situation, goals and requirements, identify the options to help you select the best path forward,  guide you through the process, and show how to quickly complete the tasks and roll out the feature to your users.

New HCM Implementation:

We understand the realities of implementing your new HCM system. It’s a new system that you and your team have not used and do not have experience with. Start by asking yourself and your team, “How many HCM systems, or complex systems of any kind, have you implemented in the past?” The decisions made when rushed through the implementation discovery process often result in clients coming to us to fix the issues caused by poor choices made during the stress and compressed timeline. Feeling completely overwhelmed is not unusual for your team. You still have your existing job to do, and on top of your regular job you also need to spend 20+ hours a week in implementation meetings, training, extracting data from your existing “legacy” system, and make key decisions that will affect how your new system is set up.

The common approach is to make it work just like your previous system. It seems safe, and is much quicker than taking advantage of the capabilities available with your new system. This approach is known as ” Lift and Shift” and leads to suboptimal results.

    • Developing and executing test cases for UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Parallel Testing, DIL (Day in the Life) testing and training for your users and system admins
    • Training for your team and your users, customized for your organization and your processes. This includes development of training materials along with job aides and recordings of the training for future use
