Even with our unusual shift differentials, the implementation staff was always helpful and made the transition easy. When I have a question or need any small adjustment, they are always there to assist me.
Although we knew automating with AES would reform our process, the implementation also resulted in savings that we were not able to predict –$30,000 annually. Three years after program implementation, savings are still being seen in the areas of time to process payroll, reduced overtime, and increased accuracy. Instead of two employees spending two days to complete payroll, it now requires one person for a matter of hours.
Most importantly, it has enabled employees to be self-sufficient in that employees have their own self-service and are able to access their personal information without having to go through a supervisor. The system has allowed a uniform and fair application of policies throughout the network and has paid for itself many times over.
The AES staff was there through every step of the process, and I can’t say enough good things about them.
